In partnership with DICSA MODULAR, a Galician construction firm with a concrete structural prefabricated system, the studio developed a set of proposals for the website and future buyers. This system has been also used in several residential estates, always in collaboration with DICSA.
Every house is modulated over a 60cm grid to adjust the standards of the system, and follow all the housing and construction laws that apply in Spain.
